MICROBLADING, Powder Brows, Hybrid, Ombré & more!

It doesn't matter if you like your brows arched or straight, full or thin; Eyebrows are arguably the most important facial feature. So, if you are not happy with what you've got, then let me introduce you to Microblading.

Microblading (a.k.a. 3-D Eyebrows, Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo, Feathering, Eyebrow Embroidery), is a very natural appearing, 3-D, tattoo. Unlike the sometimes Sharpie-esque effects of older methods of permanent makeup, microblading is a technique that uses individual hair stroke method to project the image of real hairs. It is perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps, fill-in over plucked brows, or put an end to penciling in the brows everyday.

About the Procedure
Microblading is done using a hand tool designed for specifically for creating a three dimensional effect and the appearance of individual hairs. All procedures require two visits to complete your brows and perfect the look. Healing from the initial procedure can sometimes cause loss of pigment, making the follow-up visit so important to finish the new brows and correct any imperfections.
Your service will begin with a consultation designed to give you realistic expectations of your treatment and determine skin suitability.  Your eyebrows will then be drawn on to create a stencil of the desired shape and perfected to your liking prior to beginning the procedure.  Once we have achieved that, the numbing process begins using a topical anesthetic, which will be re-applied throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable. Pigment will be custom blended to match each individuals skin tone and natural hair color. Once the skin has accepted the anesthetic, the microblading will be completed and finished with an after care cream to seal the tattoo. Your follow-up visit will be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks from your first appointment to give your skin plenty of time to heal.
There is no down time associated with this permanent cosmetic procedure.  You will be able to continue with your daily routine without any side effects.  You will be given detailed home care instructions at the time of your treatment, which are also listed under the pre and post care section. Please be sure to read this thoroughly because there are several things that can cause complications during and after the procedure, as well as some health issues that are contraindicated for microblading.

PERMANENT EYELINER

Everyone's eyes are different and a unique style of eyeliner is designed for each client based on their personal preference.

Lash Enhancement is basically the thinest look possible, it is a liner tattooed just between the lashes. It is comparable to a tight-line eyeliner style and can be done on the top and bottom. Traditional Eyeliner is what we commonly envision when we think of eyeliner, and what most of us wear.

About the Procedure: Eyeliner is an individualized treatment, some clients may require a touch up, where others may get the desired results with only one visit. Initially, we will discuss style and color and work to create that. Thicker eyeliner styles will most likely require a touch and will depend on the skin tolerance of the process. This cannot be determined until we begin working on the skin and see how it reacts.

There is a 7 day healing process (details in pre/post care information), there is some initial swelling (typically 1-2 days following the procedure) and/or tenderness, with little to no down time (individual results vary for each person).

Topical anesthetics are used to keep you comfortable and applied throughout the procedure, most clients feel minor discomfort with some tugging and scratching.

The follow up visit (if needed) is no sooner than 8 weeks later and will correct any pigment implantation issues or changes to the desired style of liner. Full healing and final color should be present by 4 weeks post procedure.

A color boost is recommended as needed based on your lifestyle, skin type, product usage, and environmental factors. Everyone's skin is different and could require maintenance at different points. You will be the judge of when you think you need a color refresher.

Lip Blush Tattoo

Lip tattooing is designed to enhance the natural lips and can create the illusion of fuller lips with color to draw attention to the area.

Lip blush tattoo appears like the amount of color you get from a lip gloss. It's enough to subtly enhance your lips with a pop of color, bring back fading lip color due to loss of pigment as we age, or even enhance disappearing lip lines.

We encourage you to bring in your favorite lip color in an attempt to match something you already know you like. There are 12 different glosses available to sample and try on to see what you like best.We can even mix these colors to create a custom shade that best suits your skin tone!

The procedure takes approximately 2 hours (including plenty of time for numbing). There is a follow up required

no sooner than 8 weeks after the initial procedure to complete the process and ensure a complete look. Although every client is different, lip blush can last several years without needing a touch up.

We do not tattoo outside the lip lines, it is different skin and doesn't look right when it heals. This will not make your lips fuller, we recommend lip filler for that at least 6 prior to tattooing (or 5 weeks after).

IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD A FEVER BLISTER OR COLD SORE, you must contact your physician to obtain a prescription

for an antiviral (Valtrex). Your physician will give you instructions on how to take this medicine to prevent the activation of this virus in your system. You should also ask for a refill to use at the time of the follow up procedure 8 weeks later.

Does it hurt?

The use of anesthetic will keep you comfortable throughout the procedure. Most people do not feel anything, while some may feel a small amount of discomfort, but nothing that is not tolerable or that cannot be corrected by applying more anesthetic.

Is a consultation necessary?

The consultation is built into the appointment. Together we go through the whole process, draw your brows or eyeliner, match color, and review healing instructions. An additional consultation can be done via video chat (FaceTime) if requested by the client.

What is the recovery time?

There is no down time associated with having a cosmetic tattoo, you will be able to continue with your regular routine immediately after your procedure.  However, there are very specific aftercare healing instructions that must be followed or you will risk the appearance of your healed results. Everyone heals differently, the after care healing instructions must be followed for 10 days. See the post care instructions section for more details.

How long does it last?

This procedure is permanent. Touchups are required approximately once a year for brows, or every 5 years for eyeliner and can vary depending on skin type, skin care products and regimen, sun exposure, etc. See Pre & Post Care Instructions for more details.
